This notice explains how UkurBQ handles personal data and project documents, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, company, email and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Documents you send for a free test or a project, such as tender drawings and bills of quantities.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare your free BQ test.
- To set up and support tools you ask us to build.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use your drawings, rates or BQs for any other client.
Keeping your documents
Test documents are used only for your test. Tell us at any time and we'll delete them. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share anything.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
